About Startify Funpulse

Built for the work
between the teams

Startify Funpulse is an operations platform for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want six disconnected systems.

We kept meeting teams whose real bottleneck was not any single tool, but the space between them — the exports, the chase-up emails, the approval nobody could find. Startify Funpulse exists to close that space.

What we are trying to do

A short version of the thinking behind the product.

Our aim

Give growing teams one operational surface instead of a patchwork, so a request has the same shape whether it starts in hiring, finance or the warehouse.

Where this leads

Operations that warn you early rather than explain late — where the system flags the approval about to slip, and the people involved are already looking at the same record.

How we build

Four commitments that decide what goes into the product.

Useful over novel

Automation earns its place by removing a real step someone repeats, not by adding a feature we can demo.

Boring where it counts

Operational software is infrastructure. It should behave the same on the worst week of the quarter as on the first day of it.

One record

If two teams disagree about a number, that is a product problem. Everyone should be reading the same underlying record.

Measured in hours saved

The metric that matters is time returned to the team and errors that stop happening — not seats or logins.

How Startify Funpulse started

The problem we set out to solve, and how far we have got.

What we kept seeing

Growing companies rarely lack tools. They have a system for hiring, another for invoices, a third for stock — and a layer of spreadsheets holding the gaps together. The cost shows up as delay and rework rather than as a line item.

What we learned

The painful problems were almost never contained inside one department. Fixing them meant one shared record, one set of rules about who can do what, and one place to see where a piece of work actually is.

What we built

Startify Funpulse is modular on purpose. Each module is useful on its own, so you can start where it hurts; together they behave as one system, with shared data, shared permissions and agents that handle the routine middle.

Where we are going

The work now is moving from reporting what happened to flagging what is about to — surfacing the approval that will slip or the stock that will run short while there is still time to act.
